At Chaska Pickle, we take great care in delivering high-quality, homemade products to your doorstep. Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our pickles, we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste preferences, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

However, we do understand that mistakes can happen. Therefore, if you receive a wrong product or a damaged jar, we are happy to offer a full refund or replacement.

Conditions for Refund/Replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • Return pickup may be arranged depending on the case.

Once verified, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3 business days.
